Saturday, November 21, 2026 at Mesquite Golf Club. Times are approximate after the shotgun — the start is not.

  1. 6:00 AM

    Check-in & Range Time opens

    Sign your waiver, collect drink tickets and scorecard, pay green/cart fees at the pro shop, and head to the driving range for warm-up.

  2. 6:30 AM

    Range time & final prep

    Get your warm-up swings in and head to your carts.

  3. 6:45 AM

    Carts to starting holes

    Your starting hole is on your scorecard and in your confirmation email.

  4. 7:00 AM

    Shotgun start

    All 36 teams tee off together across 18 holes.

  5. ~12:00 PM

    Play concludes

    Turn in a signed card at the scoring table immediately after your final hole.

  6. ~12:15 PM

    Post-round Lunch & Awards

    Enjoy Pancho's Mexican Buffet lunch, prize payouts for the top 3 net teams, plus side contest winners.
